2026 BOARD OF DIRECTORS President: Darrell Hollis Vice President: Irma Freibaum Secretary: Dale Strickland Treasurer: JoAnn Egan Director: Ed Connick Director: Gloria Amedee Director: Debbie Koppman HIGHLIGHTS FROM 2025 — • New elevator for St. Ann. • Lobby restrooms updated. • Entry flooring on St. Ann and Burgundy replaced. • Brick wall at the FocIs entry now up to code for “line of sight." • New entry doors installed. • New pool lounge chairs. • New treadmill. • Brick wall fully inspected. • All dryer stacks were inspected. • All sewer lines were inspected. • Club room tables were repaired. • Roof flashing was repaired. • Grocery carts on Burgundy have been replaced. • Wooden fence along St. Ann was painted PLANS FOR 2026: • Continue strengthening financial stability • Update the entire Fire Alarm System, as well as the Alarm Panel • Paint and repair all garages • Replace the speed bumps on St. Ann • Clean and/or replace street signs • Clean carpets JUST A WORD ABOUT CARPET CLEANING — We are now in the process of having the carpets cleaned once again. They were just cleaned 6 months ago. Each cleaning costs $3800.00. Is there anything you can do to keep them from getting so dirty? Yes, there are a few things: • Wipe your shoes on the mats by the entrances when you come in. • If you spill something, wipe it up as best you can. We ask that you do not use any type of carpet cleaner - some of them contain chemicals that will bleach out the color. Notify Tiffany as soon as possible. • Check the wheels on your walkers, wheelchairs, or buggies for dirt. Keep those wheels clean. We often find wheel tracks on the carpets.
