PLEASE STOP BY — If you have not yet had a chance, please stop by the office and introduce yourself to Ingrid. It may take her a while to put names and faces together, but she will get there. Office hours will be: Monday thru Friday, 10-6. COMPLETED PROJECTS — • All garages have been painted. All roofs and gutters have been repaired. • The carpeting in front of all elevators has been replaced with vinyl flooring. We believe that this will keep dirt from accumulating in front of the elevators, thus extending the life of the rest of the carpet. • Phase 1 of the fire alarm project is complete. All strobes have been replaced with an improved version. UPCOMING PROJECTS — • New window treatments will be installed next week in both the library and fitness room. • The key lock for the fitness room will be replaced with a door combination lock. • New pool umbrellas will be ordered. • Pool resurfacing will take place in the fall. • Phase 2 of the fire alarm project will be to replace the existing main panel with an improved one. RULE REMINDER — Please remember that our Rules and Regulations prohibit the use of any type of BBQ grill on patios or balconies. IT IS SEAFOOD SEASON — Should you have any seafood shells, fish bones, etc, please store them in your freezer until garbage pick up day (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). SPRING FLING Thursday, April 23 Details will be forthcoming. (From a father to his rebellious son) Your final exam will be to figure out how to use an analog clock and a rotary phone. Don’t worry, I have written the directions for you in cursive.
