LANDSCAPING — We have hired a new landscaping company - LGD Lawn and Landscape. Thursday will be their scheduled day to come. They will have a crew of 3 workers. LGD will be handling the lawn and landscape maintenance only. Plantings will be done separately, by Gloria and Dennis Durham. Please understand that there will be a learning curve for these workers. FINALLY !!!!!!!!!!! It has taken a while, but Johnson Controls has finally gotten the ok from the Fire Marshall to proceed with the upgrade of our fire alarm panel. They will be working on it at the end of August. It will require 3 days of work. I’m sure you can expect some testing of the system.
